Answered by somebody who can tell you what a building costs here rather than promising to find out. Telephone during working hours, or send the form below and we will reply the same working day.

Everything except your name, an address to reply to and a description of the project is optional. The more of it you fill in, the more useful the first reply is.
Five things worth having to hand
None is essential — telephone with nothing but a question if you like — but with these five a first call usually ends with a real order of magnitude and a realistic date rather than with somebody promising to get back to you.
- What the building has to do. Not the square footage — the use. The use decides the code path, the occupancy and half the cost.
- Roughly how big. A number you would be embarrassed by is more useful than no number.
- Where, and whether it is entitled. A parcel that is zoned and platted and one that is not are different projects by a year.
- Whether there is a geotechnical report. If there is, send it. If there is not, that is the first money to spend.
- The date you need to be in it, and what happens if you are not. A lease expiry and a preference produce different projects.

What happens next
- We talk it through and tell you which division of work it mostly is, and which delivery method fits.
- You get an order of magnitude built from the published budget ranges, with the assumptions stated.
- We say honestly whether a firm of 10–19 people is the right one for it.
- Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled until there is a written, signed contract. How the money works.
No obligation attaches to any of it. The opt-out policy says how to have what we hold deleted.

Inside a due diligence period?
Say so in the first sentence. Looking at a site before the period closes is a different and more urgent conversation than planning a building, and it is one we would rather have early in the window than on the last afternoon of it.
